Our lessons are based on a healthy blend of proper music education and fun playing music. We supplement our standardized curriculums with the music that inspires you to want to learn to sing.​ We use ZOOM as the online platform for our video lessons. It is compatible with all mobile devices, laptops, and desktop computers.

All new beginner students start in our Standard Lesson Program.

2 make-up lessons per month are allowed after 4 to 6 months when the teacher feels it’s the right time, you or your child can “level up” to the Performer Lesson Program and participate in our student concerts as well as our “path to progress” rewards program.

At Porsha Ray Studios we offer live, online lessons in our safe, Virtual Classrooms. Now you can learn from Porsha Ray Studios’ best music teachers from the comfort of your home. Stage Presence and performance will also be taught with the voice lessons.

Porsha Ray Children’s Choir is comprised of children ages four through eighteen living in the State of Alabama

WHAT IS PRAISE?
Praise, in the original Greek, means to sing, to tell of, to give, or to confess. * In simpler terms, it means to be thankful for God’s blessings, and to declare that good news to God and to others

WHAT IS WORSHIP?
Worship, in both the original Greek and Hebrew, convey the idea of: “to prostrate oneself, to bow down, to fall face down, to pay homage and to pay respect.”* In other words, worship is the highest form of honor and respect that we can show towards God. While worship can be done in public, its main directive is very different from praise. Worship is a direct conversation between you and God. It is highly intimate and personal.
